Ospreys Calender 2010
Persimmon Homes and Ospreys Rugby have teamed up in the name of charity to produce the official Ospreys 2010 Charity Calendar.
Featuring a host of players from the squad, including the likes of Lee Byrne as Mr January, Mike Phillips as Mr February and Jonathan Spratt as Mr March, fans who purchase the calendar will not only be able to see the players in a very different light, but will also be giving something back to two very worthy causes, 'Dreams Come True' and 'LATCH'.
The calendar will be officially launched at the Ospreys Superstore at 4.30pm on Friday 30th October, ahead of the team’s Magners League game against Glasgow, where a selection of players will be available to meet supporters and sign calendars for the first fans to snap one up.
Ospreys captain Ryan Jones said:
"As a group, we are always looking at ways that we can help good causes, and this calendar will raise much needed funds to two charities.
"Making the calendar was good fun for everyone involved, and we really hope that it sells well. Fans can have a different Osprey on their wall every month, and believe me, some of the poses the guys are pulling have to be seen to be believed! I think one or two took to modelling too well, but as its for charity we'll forgive them."
