By signing these terms and conditions you acknowledge and agree that OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY / OSPREYS RUGBY LTD

is not responsible for any:

  • Loss or damages of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising;
  • injuries of any nature that your child may suffer;
  • loss of or damage to property

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees.

BEHAVIOUR

All camps are designed to be enjoyed by every participant. We expect the highest standards of behaviour and conduct on all of our courses, and should any players misbehave or bully other participants, we shall have no option but to send them home and payment will be withheld. I am sure that you will understand this and that as parents / Guardians you will reinforce these points to your children.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the camp start date will have the option to:

  • A full refund
  • Or the option to move to a similar course (subject to price alteration. NO refund will be made on a cheaper course)

Any cancellation made after this time will not be refunded but will still have the option to move to a similar priced camp/course.

KIT LIST

This list is only a suggestion, should participants not have anything that is on the list please do not purchase items unless necessary. Please remember:
Some of the items on this list are seasonal. Activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event

of camp cancelations or changes we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. • Rugby boots or appropriate footwear and Trainers


  • Training kit, to include waterproof top and a hat
    • Protective equipment
  • Gum shield / mouth guard if aged U9 or above (we strongly recommend that each participant wears a gum shield)
    • Change of clothing for wet-weather conditions

PHOTOGRAPHY

By booking this course you agree to allow photographs taken of your children at camps to be used

within future marketing materials and placed on the official website. Should you not wish for the photos to be used please notify a senior member of staff.

DECLARATION

I agree that by booking this course that all participants registered by me:
(a) may participate in the above course
(b) are fit to participate in the activities to be undertaken
If it becomes necessary for any of the participants registered by me to receive emergency dental or medical treatment and I cannot be contacted by telephone or other means to authorize this, I hereby give my general consent to any emergency dental or medical treatment and authorize a staff member from the course to sign any documents required by the hospital authorities.

OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY EXTENDED TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a place on a OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY rugby camp delivered by
OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY you also agree to the extended Terms & Conditions of
OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY.


PAYMENTS

  • Camps can be paid for either online via the website or over the telephone
  • Regular non-residential rugby camps must be paid for in full at time of booking.
  • Residential rugby camps will have the option to pay in instalments via a Direct Debit.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Cancellations of regular non-residential rugby camps made 4 weeks prior to the camp start date will

have the option to:
• A full refund of the course
• The option to move to a similar course (subject to price alteration. NO refund will be made
on a cheaper course)
• The option to have a credit note applied to their account
• In the event of an external factor causing the cancellation of a camp e.g. COVID-19
pandemic/extreme weather conditions, a suitable alternative will be provided and
communicated accordingly.


Any cancellation made within 4 weeks prior to the camp start date will not be refunded in full.
Any cancellations of residential rugby camps made 4 weeks prior to the camp start date.

Terms & Conditions

Have the option to a 50% refund of the total amount paid year to date

Any cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to the camp start date will not be refunded.

In the event of being unable to attend any of our camps due to medical reasons, we will honour a camp credit of the same value paid, which can be applied to any other rugby camp product and must be used within 12 months.


VENUE
OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY reserve the right to change the camp location advertised
in response to any incidents beyond our control that affect the access to the prescribed
venue.


BULLYING
On all OSPREYS IN THE COMMUNITY rugby camps, we uphold the values of our sport.

We also prioritise ensuring that each and every child has the best possible experience when on one of our rugby camps, and therefore practice a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to bullying. Our delivery team will address every and any issue that we witness or have reported to us. Any child on camp that is
found to be bullying can be removed and requested to be picked up from camp, with no right to a refund.
